AWSM is inviting professionals with active memberships to consider running for our board. The president is elected to a two-year term and is not up for re-election this year. Board members communicate via slack, text, email and Zoom meetings, gathering periodically to provide support for student and professional members at all levels of sports media.

New this year, AWSM is seeking six coordinators to assist with expanded student programming. The coordinators are non-voting members of the board and work to support student chapters, serving as the students' liaison to the national organization. The role requires less of a time investment than that of a voting board member.
